New Balance's latest production from their Flimby, England factory mirrors the winter sky of their home country on the 991V2 Made In The UK "Nimbus Cloud". Since its original release in 2001, the 991 has been synonymous with superlative quality, setting the standard for modern running design as the first of the 99X series to feature an ABZORB window in both the forefoot and the heel. This new version is dressed for the season in two tones of grey pigskin suede and grey mesh with silver synthetic leather accents and a reflective grey 'N' logo on the sides. Embroidered grey branding, including 'Made in England' on the white tongue and 'V2' on the heel, with the aforementioned ABZORB midsole, and a grey and blue rubber outsole finishes off the details.
