In 2018 Jordan Brand celebrated the 30th anniversary of both the Air Jordan 3 and the 1988 Olympics with an extremely limited edition that finally returns for a wider release on the Air Jordan 3 Retro OG "Seoul". The brand's first Korea-specific shoe transforms the iconic silhouette with hairy suede elephant print overlays on the toe and heel of the soft, white tumbled leather upper. An embroidered South Korea flag adorns the left tongue, matching the royal, red and black accents on the lining, collar, lower eyelets and branding. 꿈 "Gguem" (meaning dream) and 정 "Jeong" (a uniquely Korean concept that describes a lasting warmth built over time that transcends love or friendship) are printed on the inner tongues. An aged yellow midsole, grey rubber outsole finish off the design, and it comes packaged in a special shoebox.
